LaGrange Day Camp fills very quickly. It is suggested that you register online and not wait in line in person on registration day. Office staff use the same system everyone else uses. Camp sessions sell out within minutes of opening. It is in your best interest to upload and fill out all the requirements in advance and be in your account, ready to purchase at 9am. Your cart holds for only 15 minutes. This will not guarantee a spot. See the following steps:

Prior to 4:00pm on Friday, February 28th (there will be NO account approvals the week of 3/3), we strongly suggest you:

BEFORE ANYTHING, please review your child’s birthday and grade! If blank, or incorrect grade, this will be an issue registering! Please contact the Rec office to update (prior to 4pm on Friday, 2/28)! Then…

1. Upload your most recent proof of residency to those you are looking to register for camp (tip: upload for all members on your account and be set to register for programs and events throughout the year!)
2. Upload your child(ren)’s current immunization records from a doctor (within last 12 months). Be sure it’s legible and shows name, date, and all vaccines to date.  Immunization records will remain “pending” until review after registration.
3. Complete the 2025 online health form for each child (form is to come). * Be sure to choose your child before filling out the form so it is attached to the correct person! *
4. Be sure you know the address that is attached to the credit card you will use. If it is not the same as on your account, you will need to change the address on the credit card screen at check out or it will be declined. This will slow checkout. There is a 3.1% credit card fee charged by the merchant for all transactions.
